Objectives: To promote understanding of the cultural, social, economic, and urban transformations that have affected the world; to provoke reflection on how creativity, in all its aspects, can contribute to the cultural, social, and economic development of our cities and cultural hubs; to motivate the development of an articulated local policy, centered on the vision that local culture and creativity are drivers of development; to generate synergies among projects focused on culture and its interfaces: development, tourism, education, technology, among others; to foster the understanding that creativity is realized through entrepreneurship; to contribute to a more complex and profound understanding of the challenges and potential of our times; to instigate the identification of convergences between economic vocation and cultural singularities of the State and its regions.
