Objectives: To strengthen and consolidate the action of SESI/SP in the promotion of an agenda linking culture and business. The seminar and the journeys focused on the crossroad of creativity, culture and business in the urban setting, having the creative economy and creative cities at their core. The event also aimed to engage the audience in the biggest and richest seminar ever organised in Brazil on both subjects.Structure: Two days of debate in São Paulo, totaling 22 speakers and moderators of nine countries; a third full-day event in Campinas and a fourth in Ribeirão Preto. The congress had two pillars: opening conferences, to launch a founding base for debate; and the practice, through international speakers and case studies and the moderation of the national reference in the field. Amongst the speakers, of the reach of John Howkins and Charles Landry, as well as the biggest international authorities in six creative sectors: contemporary art, audiovisual, games, fashion design, creative clusters and big sport events.
