This two-day international seminar focused on exploring creative clusters as a vital intersection between the creative economy, culture, and urban development, with a specific focus on inspiring the State of São Paulo. The objectives of the seminar were multifaceted: to facilitate discussions on the practical application of creative clusters, to analyze tangible examples of these clusters and understand their broader social and cultural impacts beyond mere economic considerations, to raise awareness and engagement among a diverse audience of creative entrepreneurs and urban professionals, and to generate significant national media impact, thereby fostering a deeper understanding of creative clusters throughout the country. The seminar’s structure included an opening speech by Simon Evans from the United Kingdom, moderated by Ana Carla Fonseca, followed by a morning panel featuring Teresa Llobet from Spain, Enrique Avogadro from Buenos Aires, and Caroline Dubuc from Canada, moderated by Nabil Bonduki. The afternoon panel featured Anne Mieke Eggenkamp from the Netherlands, Rasmus Tscherning from Denmark, and Xavier Greffe from France, moderated by Carlos Augusto Calil.
