Objectives: To inject competitiveness in more traditional sectors of the Paulista economy; to debate alternatives for promising sectors and still untapped; to analyse the role played by the public sector and the private sectors in the reincorporation of deprived areas into the urban setting.Structure: Three days of conferences and debates, involving 20 speakers of 12 countries, exploring successful cases in the creative industries (fashion design, audiovisual, music etc.); projects of urban reflourishment; development policies linking public and private agents.
