Launched in 2009, Criaticidades (Creaticities) was established with a clear mission: to demystify and disseminate the creative cities approach as a driver for social, economic, cultural, and urban development, making it accessible to a broad audience.
To achieve this, in collaboration with our partners at Umana Comunicação Inteligente, Garimpo de Soluções developed a comprehensive multimedia platform, anchored by the portal Criaticidades. Initially sponsored by Santander Bank, the site was launched in 2011, featuring compelling insights and case studies on the creative economy and creative cities, both in Brazil and internationally. In early 2012, the portal was significantly enhanced by the addition of five 25-minute documentaries, broadcast consecutively eight times on Canal Futura TV, and numerous 2-3 minute video interviews with leading experts in these fields.
Criaticidades serves as a dynamic platform for a diverse range of multimedia services related to the creative economy, creative cities, and urban intelligence, including videos, television, radio, and web programs, digital and print magazines, and bespoke content tailored to our partners’ needs.
